NQHS Class of 2024 College Scholarships Project

 

For the 2023-2024 academic year, One Unified Team is proud to award (13) $1,000 scholarships to (13) North Quincy High School (NQHS) Class of 2024 graduating seniors who is pursuing a degree program at an accredited college or university of their choice. Each award can be used to pay for college-related qualified expenses (e.g., college tuition, required fees, books, supplies, equipment).

 

Eligibility:
Any NQHS Class of 2024 graduating senior who is pursuing a degree program at any accredited college or university of their choice is eligible to apply.

Important Dates to Know:
•    Deadline for submitting the application was Friday, April 5, 2024
•    Award recipient list was finalized on Wednesday, April 24, 2024
•    Awards were disseminated at the NQHS Scholarship Ceremony on Thursday, June 6, 2024

 

Project Update:
This project began by offering five (5) scholarship awards. We had a total of 26 applicants. We managed to stretch the project's funding to accommodate 13 awards. We wish we could award all 26 applicants but there simply was not enough in the project's budget. When it was all said and done, 13 applicants were selected to receive the award for sharing the most personal, most impactful, and most memorable essay. The project has now concluded. A new "NQHS Class of 2025 College Scholarships" project will begin sometime in January 2025.
